In the most difficult-to-reach communities, through conflict zones and natural disasters, Action Against Hunger delivers life-saving assistance when and where it’s needed most. Our commitment to doing “Whatever It Takes” has driven our work for over 45 years—empowering communities, building resilience, and saving lives through critical nutrition interventions. We refuse to accept that hunger is inevitable and will fight until every community achieves food security.

This prestigious event will be held at 583 Park Avenue, promising an evening filled with inspiration, celebration, and memorable moments.

Humanitarian Honoree

P!NK

P!NK is a fearless activist and artist whose philanthropy is as bold as her voice. A longtime advocate for equity and children’s health, she supports organizations ranging from children’s health to human rights and uses her platform to mobilize fans for urgent causes. Her honors include three Grammys, a Daytime Emmy, seven VMAs (including the Vanguard Award), the BRITs Outstanding Contribution to Music Award, a Hollywood Walk of Fame star, and Billboard’s Icon Award (2021).

Leadership Honoree

Dancliff Mbura

We are privileged to honor Dancliff Mbura for his dedicated leadership in the fight against hunger. As Advocacy, Communication, and Partnership Coordinator at Action Against Hunger in Kenya, Dancliff leads efforts to influence policy, build partnerships, and deliver lasting impact for vulnerable communities.

Impact Honoree

Edesia Nutrition

We recognize Edesia Nutrition for its groundbreaking work treating severe acute malnutrition in children worldwide. Through its innovative nutrition products distributed in over 50 countries, Edesia has treated more than 16 million malnourished children each year. Accepting the Impact Award is CEO Navyn Salem.

  • Who should I contact if I have event questions? Please email us at events@actionagainsthunger.org.
  • Is this ticket tax-deductible? Yes, your ticket or table is tax-deductible except for $250 per guest, which represents the fair market value of goods and services received.
  • Can I donate or pay via check, wire transfer, DAF, or stock contribution?
    • For payments by check, wire transfer, or stock contribution, please contact events@actionagainsthunger.org for more information.
    • Action Against Hunger cannot accept checks with fine print that indicate they cannot be used for their intended purpose.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept donor-advised funds (DAFs) contributions for events. Per federal regulations, DAFs cannot be used to pay for donations that are not fully tax-deductible. This includes, but is not limited to, table purchases, event tickets, and auction bids. However, DAFs may support live appeals and fund-a-need calls for outright donations. Additionally, the US Treasury and the IRS prohibit using the term “pledge” on DAF checks or related correspondence. Instead, the donor should reference a “donation” or “gift.” Before using a DAF to pay for anything event-related, please check with your financial advisor about rules and restrictions.
  • What is the dress code? Black tie optional.
  • What is the refund policy for ticket purchases? We understand that plans may change, and while tickets are non-refundable, we are happy to offer an alternative. If you would like us to donate your ticket to a deserving individual on your behalf, please contact us at events@actionagainsthunger.org, and we will gladly assist with the arrangements.
  • I have dietary restrictions. How can I let the organizer know? Please indicate your restrictions when registering. Please be aware that the food being served may contain or encounter common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, or wheat. While steps are being taken to minimize risk and prevent cross-contamination, please be advised that cross-contamination may occur.
  • Is there an age requirement to attend? Due to the nature of the event, we kindly request that all guests be 21 years of age or older.
